The Michigan chapter of Emerging Museum Professionals was founded in 2016 by a small group of people in Lansing, MI but grew quickly and soon included board members and members from across the state. The success of this chapter is due in large part to the passion, dedication and hard work of board members past and present who have volunteered their time to provide networking, social and professional development opportunities to EMPs in the Great Lakes State.
